How far in advance should I book?

Twenty-four hours is usually enough, but the wheelchair vehicles are a small part of the fleet, so book as early as you can for a cruise day or a very early flight. Same-day requests are worth asking about: call +30 694 455 3616.

Can I stay in my own wheelchair during the ride?

Yes. You board on the ramp and the chair is locked to the floor with four-point restraints. If you would rather move to a passenger seat, the driver will help and your chair travels with you.

Do you take electric wheelchairs and mobility scooters?

In most cases yes. Send us the model, or just the width, length and weight, when you book. Heavy powered chairs need the larger vehicle, so it helps to know in advance.

Is the accessible vehicle more expensive?

There is no surcharge for the ramp or for the driver's help. The price depends on the vehicle size and the journey, exactly as it does for any other transfer, and you see it before you book.

What happens if my flight or ship is late?

We follow the flight or the ship. Give us the number when you book and your driver adjusts the pickup time at no extra cost.

Can the driver help with luggage and getting into the hotel?

Yes. Drivers load the luggage, push the chair over kerbs and gravel, and take you to the accessible entrance rather than dropping you at the nearest corner.
